Welcome to Allonesie.com. Allonesie.com provides services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement. Besides, you will obey the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services before you use them. Allonesie.com reserves the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Before proceeding, please read this agreement because accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under any laws that may apply; or (c)violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person. Allonesie.com may give you an account identification and password to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and Allonesie.com has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use of the Site.

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Allonesie.com hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of shopping and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Allonesie.com in advance. Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Unless explicitly permitted by Allonesie.com in advance, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business. Allonesie.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Allonesie.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to EverMarker’s interests. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by Allonesie.com in writing.

You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification. Whether or not such access to and use of this site, which is originally assigned to you, is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including without limitation financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify Allonesie.com of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site’s security.

Return & Refund Policy 

  Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. All we ask is that returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product.

If you created an account during checkout, please login to your account and click on View Completed Orders. You will be able to request a return from there. Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Steps: 

  1.  Contact Kigurumi Shop Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return. Call us at (419)359-0083, Monday – Friday 10AM to 5PM Pacific time, or email us at: [email protected]
  2. We will give you a Return Authorization Number and Address. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address
  3. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a return label if an item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
  4. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton. Don’t forget to say one last goodbye to your onesie. 🙁

IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are packaged similar to the way you received them. Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

Once we receive your Return package, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any).

Shipping is not refundable unless you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped. In these two cases, we will also refund the shipping costs to return the item.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. It may take one or two billing cycles until the credit appears on your bank statement. This time depends on the policies and procedures set by your credit card company.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
